Household electric die castings are widely used in various household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and microwave ovens. Specific examples provide a more intuitive understanding of their application value and technical requirements.

Taking washing machines as an example, the motor bracket, drum bearing housing, and transmission housing are mostly made of aluminum alloy die castings. The motor bracket requires high strength and vibration resistance to withstand the inertial forces generated by high-speed operation; the drum bearing housing needs to ensure high-precision fit to reduce noise and wear; the transmission housing balances heat dissipation and structural support. Through the die casting process, these parts can be formed in one piece, with a smooth surface and dimensional stability, meeting the requirements of long-term high-load operation.

In air conditioner die castings, aluminum alloy radiators and housings are typical applications. Radiator die castings require complex structures and dense fins to increase the heat dissipation area and improve condensation efficiency. Housing die castings require dimensional accuracy and aesthetics, often combined with spraying or anodizing treatments to achieve both corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal.
